All sessions booked must pay a non -refundable booking fee to reserve a date and time. In the event that an issue arises the photographer will discuss the possibility to re-book. 

Every person being photographed must fill out and sign a booking form prior to the shoot date. A model release form allows the photographer permission to print or post images from a session and to use commercially ( to promote ones business). If the Model release is not filled out the client will not be discrimated against in any way, shape or form And the images will not be posted. 

Clients will recieve a Permission to Print form which entitles the client to print images for personal and not commercial use, images are copyright Lucy Salas. It is illegal to copy a CD, and any commercial use is prohibited.
